Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

Upon full and cleared payment in our account your order will ship either the same day in USA or the same date in USA. The only exception to this is payment cleared on a Monday, its Sunday in USA so no one can process your order. Invoices not paid within 7 days, your order items will be released from holding and return to normal availability for any order.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All prices on the website unless noted otherwise include shipping to Australia. Prices shown are inclusive of GST, Duties (on orders over $1,000 AUD), Insurance, Tracking and express Customs Clearance so you know there is no more to pay. From the time of cleared payment to delivery most Capital Cities will take 7 to 10 days. Shipments to New Zealand take approximately 10 - 12 working days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

​

TAB Performance Aust insures all orders. If you receive a damaged item we ask that to ensure compliance with the insurance contact that you please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. A claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. A photograph of the damaged box unopened is critical if major damage has occurred. See also our RETURNS POLICY
