RETURNS POLICY

You may return any TAB Performance product providing we are notified in writing within 2 days for the general public  OR 24 hours if a retailer of it being delivered for a full refund (excluding shipping), hassle free, as long as you meet the following criteria:

  1. You have not used or installed the product.

  2. It is returned in the same condition it was shipped in.

 

Additional Return Conditions:

  1. In order to receive a full refund, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped in and cannot have been installed.

  2. Even if you have not opened the box yet, you will need to check the parts to ensure there are no issues, before sending it back to us. Parts returned with any damage not reported upon receipt will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Parts should be individually and tightly wrapped with the cellophane wrap that they were shipped in, if applicable.

  4. Parts should be individually bagged in the 3 mm bags they were shipped in when applicable.

  5. Be sure to include all components. Items returned with missing components will not be eligible for a full refund.

  6. Make sure that the parts are separated and tightly packaged in the box. You may use the box they came in to return them, if it is in good enough shape. If the box is damaged you may want to think about returning them using a new box.

  7. After packaging the parts shake the box lightly. If you can feel the parts moving around you have not packaged them tightly enough and you will want to add more packaging material.

  8. Until the package arrives at our facility in good condition you will be responsible for it.

  9. Return shipping charges will be deducted from final refund.

  10. We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind. We will issue a credit note providing all other Return Conditions are met, less any shipping costs.
